By accessing or using the Website, Application, or Services through any means, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website, Application, or Services. Certain Services may only be accessed through registration and/or paid subscription.
1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All software, text, images, graphics, videos, scripts, audio, study materials, course content, questions, solutions, PDFs, notes, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, branding elements, and other content available on the Website, Application, or Services (collectively, the “Proprietary Content”) are the exclusive property of ChemShifu or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No User is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, publish, transmit, store, or otherwise exploit any Proprietary Content without prior written permission from ChemShifu. No User shall claim any ownership right in the intellectual property of ChemShifu.

2. Permitted Use (Personal & Non-Commercial)

3. Course Policy (কোর্স পলিসি)
নিচের নিয়মগুলো ChemShifu-এর সকল কোর্স ও সার্ভিসের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক:
- এক কোর্স থেকে অন্য কোর্সে স্থানান্তর করা যাবে না।
- একদম নতুন খোলা বা ফেইক নামের আইডি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে গার্জিয়ান এর আইডি ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
- একটি আইডি দিয়ে এপ্রুভালের পর কোনোভাবেই আইডি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
- ফেসবুক আইডি ব্যান হলে এর দায় ChemShifu নেবে না।
- কোর্স চলাকালীন সময় ব্যবহারকারীর IP ট্র্যাক করা হতে পারে।
- কোনো অবস্থাতেই কোর্স ফি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
- একাধিক ডিভাইস বা ব্রাউজারে লগইন করতে চাইলে পূর্ব অনুমতি নিতে হবে। অন্যথায় যে কোনো সময় রিফান্ডসহ বা বিনা রিফান্ডে কোর্স থেকে ব্যান করা হতে পারে।
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:
- Upload, publish, or share any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or misleading content;
- Threaten, harass, stalk, or harm any individual or group;
- Promote or encourage illegal acts or violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Interfere with or disrupt another user’s access to the Services;
- Copy, share, distribute, or store copyrighted content without authorization;
- Share any content you do not have the legal right to share;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Upload malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, or any harmful code;

Our Services are intended to supplement and support academic learning and do not replace formal education. ChemShifu does not guarantee admission, examination success, specific grades, or academic results.

You agree to hold ChemShifu harmless from any liability arising from such communications, including if your number is registered under a Do-Not-Call registry.
9. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
ChemShifu may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, security breaches, or policy violations. Continuous access to Services depends on device compatibility and internet availability, which ChemShifu does not control.
10. Purchases, Delivery & Returns (Physical Products)
If ChemShifu sells physical products:
- Delivery will be made only to the address provided at checkout.
- Address changes after purchase are not permitted.
- Do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with.
Return Policy
- Returns for damaged products at delivery will be handled by ChemShifu.
- For all other returns, the user bears return shipping costs.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original condition.
- Course fees are strictly non-refundable.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
- No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created.
